- red pepper: 1

- red onion, large: 1
- white fish , 1 kg
- garlic: 2 cloves
- coriander, fresh: 1 bunch
- lettuce, romaine: 1 head
- limes: 5-6

- Cut the fish into small pieces, chop the garlic very finely.
